🌟 Expression of Interest: Coach for Wairarapa Rep Hockey Teams 🌟

Do you have a passion for hockey and a knack for developing young talent? Wairarapa Hockey is seeking expressions of interest for coaching positions for our U18 & U16 representative teams for the upcoming season.

This year, our U18 teams achieved commendable results at the National Tournament:
🏑 Women’s Team: Finished 8th
🏑 Men’s Team: Finished 19th

These results reflect the dedication and talent of our players and coaching staff, and we are excited to build on this success in 2025.

As a coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering growth both on and off the field, guiding our young athletes to reach their full potential, and leading them to proudly represent the Wairarapa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions.
• Develop player skills, tactics, and teamwork.
• Lead the teams at national tournaments.
• Collaborate with the Wairarapa Hockey Association and support staff.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced and enthusiastic coaches with a strong hockey background.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to developing youth talent and representing the Wairarapa with pride.
