General Information

Hockey is an all year round sport with the winter season running April to September, excluding school holidays for youth. Twilight Hockey is played October to December and Indoor Hockey February to April.

11 aside Hockey is played predominantly at the Trust House Hockey Wairarapa Complex, Chester Road, Clareville, Carterton.

Junior hockey, (6 & 8 aside) is played on mini turfs throughout the region.

Playing Times

  • Juniors 6 & 8 aside and Primary 11 aside - Saturday 8.00am to12.00 Noon.
  • Primary A Grade - Mondays from 4.00pm
  • College Grades - Tues, Weds, Thurs, & Friday from 4.00pm
  • Seniors - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs nights & Sat/Sun Afternoons
  • Twilight Hockey - October through to December
  • Indoor Hockey - February through to April
